Denbur wins Exporter of the Year

For the second time, Denbur, Inc. won the Exporter of the Year Award at The State of Illinois 2016 Governor’s Export Awards ceremony, held Dec. 6 at the Union League Club of Chicago.
Founded in 1979, Denbur manufactures applicators used in the hobby industry, as well as the dental, automotive and beauty industries. Its products are manufactured in Westmont, Ill.
The 16 companies that were recognized at the ceremony had a combined export revenue in excess of $75 million and employ more than 1,000 people in Illinois.
Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner said, “Illinois is the economic heart of the Midwest, and a key player in the national and global economies. I am proud that so many innovative and globally-connected companies are located in Illinois.”
