Mirage Models, Stevens International reach distribution agreement

Plastic model manufacturer Mirage Models has found a way into the U.S. market.
The company, based in Warsaw, Poland, named Stevens International as its exclusive U.S. distributor, according to a Feb. 25 press release from Stevens.
“We are excited to launch this new distribution arrangement in the USA, and will work closely with Stevens International to make our kits more visible to the American modelers,” said Piotr Zielinski, president of Mirage Models.
Mirage, one of Europe’s largest plastic models manufacturer, was founded in 1995. It specializes in 1:350-scale warships, 1:48-scale aircraft and 1:72-scale armor.
“We look forward to a long and prosperous business relationship with Mirage, and are thrilled to be able to provide these kits to our hobbyists,” Stevens President Mike Bass said. “Consumers will be ecstatic with the new supply of newly tooled kits Mirage has recently released, and we look forward to working closely with Mirage to expand their presence in the USA market.”
