Replicarz said its highly detailed 1:18-scale die-cast model of the 1911 Marmon Wasp that won the inaugural Indianapolis 500 is nearly ready for production. Shipment is expected by February.

Vermont-based Replicarz sent along a couple photos of the final product, including an X-ray version showing the massive Marmon engine under the big yellow racer’s hood. Replicarz is the first to produce the Wasp in 1:18 scale. The announced price is $229.99.
