Behind the Counter - Use promotions to boost traffic

My brother and I started our hobby business while still in high school, running a store in our parent’s basement. Twenty-three years later, we now operate out of a 9,000-square-foot building in Portage, Mich., complete with an indoor carpet racetrack and Internet sales department.
