Most retail hobby stores have customers (parents, grandparents, guardians) accompanied by children. Yet most stores do not have an area set aside for entertaining the little one while the adult customer shops in the store. Although it may be difficult to carve out valuable showroom space for a children’s area, the benefits of keeping little hands occupied can be very rewarding. If you don’t have a children’s area, here are some helpful guidelines for success.
