Imagine a customer of yours is at home watching his 10-year-old daughter one day while his wife is off running errands. He realizes he needs to make a run to your hobby store, but his daughter isn’t about to go willingly. After all, there isn’t much you sell in which she’d be interested.
Hobby stores can often be distinctly male-oriented. But there are a few products available that, if pitched correctly, can appeal to new customers from different demographics.
