Behind the Counter - Customers give clue to profit

How much do you as a store owner, manager or employee really pay attention to your customers? Picking up on their "tells" will up your customer service level and will carry over to your bottom line.

Poker players often look for "tells," or physical signs that may indicate what cards the other players are holding or what they plan to do. Most often, your customers are anything but poker-faced.
