Margin Makers - Rock Tumblers

Rock tumbling and polishing is a hobby that has been around for a long time; even before the hobby store! The great thing about it is it's a simple pastime that almost anyone can enjoy.

At its most basic level, the process starts with rough stone. That gets put inside a small barrel with material known as "grit" to polish it. The barrel is closed and put on the machine that rotates the stones and grit for weeks (a month or more) until all of the rough edges have been removed.
