August 12, 2011 I'm interested in buying a commercial property for my business. Not having the cash to buy it outright, I went shopping for a loan. Fortunately, there are some banks that are loaning money to small businesses. Unfortunately, most banks are not allocating any resources to guide a small-buisness owner through the process.
I had a faster and more positive response from the lenders once I put my paperwork in order. Here are some things I had to provide and things to consider when trying to obtain a business loan.
