Stevens, others collect toys for families in need

Published: November 30, 2015
Stevens International held its fourth annual Holiday Toy Drive on Nov. 24 in Camden, N.J. Stevens collected dozens of cartons of toys by teaming up with Bachmann Trains, Revell, White Mountain Puzzles and Plaid Paint by Numbers.

All of the toys were given to the Woodland Community Development Corporation, a non-profit organization that serves hundreds of families in need within Camden.

Stevens said it expects even more suppliers to join them in partnership for next year’s Holiday Toy Drive. “It is especially important at this busy time of year to remember those who are in need,” said Stevens president Michael Bass. “Every family deserves the chance to give their children a holiday gift, and we are always happy to team up with our suppliers and help this happen.”
