IHobby Expo, owned by the Hobby Manufacturers Association, has enjoyed a storied, 30-year history.     But the show, the only trade and consumer event for the retail hobby industry in the U.S., has struggled in recent years as more and more exhibitors and retailers have opted out. Dwindling attendance numbers forced iHobby to focus on its strengths and rein-vent itself. And so, after an 18-month hiatus, the show hopes to turn a corner under new management and with new expectations.
The 2016 iHobby Expo, being held March 11-13 at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center in Edison, N.J., plans on making strides to regain its prominence by offering a more focused show.
