There’s a resource for small retail operations right in your back yard. It may not be somewhere you ever thought to look. But community colleges are a secret supply of free or low-cost services in almost every area.
There are more than 1,300 two-year colleges in the U.S. and Canada ranging from tiny tribal outposts to vast linked campuses all over big cities. What these schools have in common is that they aim to serve their community, not just their specific students. That means there are programs and plans to help local agencies and businesses be successful. You don’t have to enroll to be part of the exciting opportunities community colleges have available.
